location is amazing. it is easy to walk from this hotel to many important places. the staff was always nice and helpful. i found the door men especially great because they helped a lot.
over the past years i always liked stay there. this stay was one of the worst hotel experiences. i arrived late but the night porter took more than 10 minutes after i rang the doorbell to finally arrived. the front desk argued with a guest about getting access to a museum.
